What data we collect
When you fill in the survey request form, the calculator, or contact us, we collect your name, phone, email and, if you provide them, your site address and a description of your need. The site does not use behavioural-tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.
Why we process it
We use your data solely to respond to your request: arrange a site visit, prepare a quote, or answer a question. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as the request is being handled, and after a job is completed, for as long as business and accounting rules require. Data for clients under an active contract is kept for the duration of that contract.
How we protect it
Data handling follows the ISO 27001 processes we work by: named accounts for access, logged viewing and a limited circle of people with visibility into your data.
Your rights
