Documentation a committee can compare.
Risk assessment, technical specification and a position drawing — written so proposals can be compared, not just read.
When this makes sense
- An institution or company is running a tender procedure and needs technical documentation a committee can compare.
- The security budget is planned in advance and needs a risk assessment before any equipment is purchased.
- An existing system has no documentation — drawings, specifications — and it needs reconstructing for an audit or a change of building management.
- An insurer or oversight body requires a documented risk assessment as a condition.
When it doesn't
- The site is small, has no tender procedure, and assessment through a regular site visit is enough.
- Current documentation is recent and valid and only needs updating, not redoing from scratch.
- The goal is just a quick equipment quote without a formal document — the usual free site visit and assessment covers that.
How it works
- 01
Site visit and risk assessment
We walk the site, note weak points and risks, and compile the risk assessment document.
- 02
Technical specification
Equipment positions, specifications and quantities go into a specification in PDF and XLS format.
- 03
Position drawing
The layout of cameras, sensors and other equipment is drawn on the building's floor plan in DWG and PDF format.
- 04
Data handling
Documentation and site data are stored and processed under ISO 27001 processes.
- 05
Handover and training
Complete documentation is handed over on site, with training for the staff who will use the system.

Questions
Do you take part in public procurement?
Yes. We prepare the technical part of the documentation and take part as a bidder or as a subcontractor for the security systems package.
Who has access to the footage and assessment data?
Only people named in your internal policy. Access runs through a named account, every viewing is logged, and the retention period is agreed by contract.
What format is the technical specification delivered in?
PDF for reading and XLS for further processing or comparing bids, together with the position drawing in DWG and PDF format.
Is the risk assessment free, like the site visit?
The site visit and basic assessment are free of charge; the scope of documentation for a tender procedure is agreed separately based on the tender's requirements.
