How it works

Identification
A card, fingerprint or NFC phone. The same identification opens the door and logs arrival, so there's nothing left to reconcile later.

Terminal to database
Terminals send attendance data straight to the database over an HTTPS web service. Communication is two-way, so the system stays in sync regardless of where the devices are.

Rules and shifts
Shifts, breaks, overtime, night work and leave are set up once, as rules. After that, payroll calculation stops being a matter of dispute.

Payroll-ready report
A monthly report by employee and cost centre, exported for payroll. Several team leads can work on the same data at once.

Questions
Do we need our own IT department?
No. The cloud version just needs a browser and a decent connection. We handle activation, accounts and data.
Can it work across several locations?
Yes. Terminals log into the same database regardless of location, and administrators see every site from one account.
Who can see employee data?
Only the named accounts you approve. Data handling follows the ISO 27001 processes we operate under.
Can we move from cloud to our own server later?
Yes, the database from the cloud can be migrated in-house later if internal policy changes or the need for self-hosting grows.
